Admissions Online

Thank you for your interest in Saint James' Episcopal School (SJES). The following are required to be considered for admission into SJES:

  1. Online Application and Fee:  In order to use the online application, you must first create an account. Use your account login to complete the application and pay the $150 non-refundable fee to submit the completed application online. 
      
  2. Transcript Report (if applicable for preschool and required for new elementary students) - SJES will obtain transcripts from the applicant's current school.
     
  3. Teacher Recommendations (if applicable for preschool and required for new elementary students)  - SJES will obtain teacher recommendations from the applicant's current school.
     
  4. Student Visit (for new elementary students only) - SJES will contact families to schedule either a student classroom visit with peers, or a meeting with an SJES Admissions team member; assessments may be administered. Transcripts and recommendations should be received by SJES prior to the student visit.

Decision emails will be sent starting March 1 provided all admission requirements have been met.  Admission remains open on a rolling basis until all classes are full. Once a class is full, applicants are placed in a wait pool to fill vacancies.

SJES offers limited tuition assistance to qualifying families. You must apply to SJES first before applying for tuition assistance.  If you would like more information, please contact the Business Office at business@saintjamesepiscopalschool.org
